What is happening on 12/21? The Great conjunction.

What in the world are the planets doing? You've probably been hearing a lot of talk about the great conjunction, the Age of Aquarius and maybe even seeing memes about super powers. Let's discuss.

The days have been gradually getting shorter as we head towards winter solstice on December 21st. After the solstice the days will begin to get longer again. Winter solstice is already a widely celebrated spiritual & astrological occasion as we move from the dark of winter into the light of a new year.

A much more rare astrological event is going to take place as well on the 21st. The great Conjunction. Our systems two largest planets, Saturn and Jupiter will be going conjunct in the sign of Aquarius. Within 1/10 of 1 degree of one another! This conjunction happens about every four years. However, these two planets haven't rubbed elbows so closely since July, 1623. The last time they were this close and actually visible to the eye was March of 1226. For this to occur on winter solstice is some kind of holiday miracle! So let's break this down.

Jupiter's energy is that of expansion, luck, money & growth. Jupiter rules over the sign of Sagittarius. Saturn's energy is that of karma, discipline, protection, and support.Saturn rules over the sign of Capricorn. Aquarius is that intellectual, free spirited, rule breaking, boundary pushing, activist energy. Many astrologers believe that this great conjunction happening on winter solstice is a clear sign that we are officially entering the Age of Aquarius.

The great Conjunction is expected to usher in a huge shift in energy. We are shedding the old ways of the world. The grind. The hustle. Working hard for little to no reward. Competing against one another as opposed to working peacefully alongside one another. With this shift we will begin working towards our life purpose. Finding more fulfilling career paths that are related to bettering ourselves and our community. We have been working towards building the financial stability that is necessary to live peacefully. If you have been putting in the work, you are probably already seeing the rewards.

This shift is the time to get our finances and houses in order to receive the abundance that is waiting on the other side. If we can organize and prepare what we already have we can make room for more. Self discipline sets us up for success right now. When we cultivate order, we will be able to live more freely as we desire moving into the age of Aquarius. It hasn't been easy. It's involved long hours, hard work, mental breakdowns, naps, and most importantly, a supportive circle.

The long awaited age of Aquarius is to be a time of heightened spirutal abilities (that's why the superhero memes) and community healing. It's highly reccomended amoung the woke folk, healers, witches, and spiritual leaders to prepare. The best way to prepare is to eat well, rest up, journal, meditate, and drink lots of water! Don't waste time worrying & stressing about the unknown. We have been preparing for this whether it was conciosuly or not.
