22-Day Reiki Self-Reclamation Journey Remember and return to your true self, the version of you that existed before the world told you who you had to be. This 22-day journey is an invitation to reconnect with your inner wisdom, regulate your nervous system, and rebuild trust within yourself through Reiki, reflection, and intentional daily rituals. Each day includes: New audio drop: this could be a guided meditation, sound healing or inspirational chats Journal Prompts: Guided Self Reflection to Reclamation of self Action steps: The longest journey begins with ONE step. Affirmations: designed to support self-awareness, emotional healing, and neural pathway rebuilding. Community: You’ll also receive access to a supportive WhatsApp community where you can connect, share, and grow alongside others on the journey. This is where you will receive the audio drops. You will also be emailed a Google drive link with all daily info in one place. Personalized Chakra Alignment Kit shipped directly to you. (could arrive ANY time along the journey as I will be tapping into your individual energy and creating something personal) The journey begins with a live Zoom gathering and Reiki healing attunement.
